“Pathways to Partnership” is an intensive three-day course Ed Chambers leads from dawn to dusk at Turning Point Equine Center. Participants and their horse will work together to learn new skills and forge a stronger relationship. Morning sessions focus on communication and ground work. Afternoon sessions in the saddle build on what was learned in the morning, and evening session activities can range from cow work to trail rides at dusk.
Bunk house accommodations and hook-ups for campers are available for a nominal fee for overnight stays, if desired. Contact Turning Point Equine Center for information, pricing and reservations. Enrollment is limited to allow for excellent teacher/student interaction, so early registration is encouraged.
The clinic fee is $525 and includes breakfast and lunch on each of the clinic days, as well as morning and afternoon snacks, and dinner on Thursday. Friday evening, you are invited to try any of these great places for dinner. Registration also includes stall space, with participants responsible for mucking out their stall while in use, and at the end of the clinic – which is reserved for participants only, and not open to auditors.
Be sure to bring your own water bucket, feed bucket, hay, grain, hay bag, muck bucket, manure fork, fly spray, grooming tools, etc.
