Food vendors line the dirt paths with local favorites hot and ready, free entertainment, rides, and games are around every corner. The Queen contest, a baby competition, tractor pull, and exhibits are all happening within a short few days, it’s an exciting time in Putnam County. What has traditionally kicked off this annual event, the fair parade will take place on July 17th running almost the length of the town and finishing at the fairgrounds, this extra addition to the normal events is loved by all.
