Putnam Counties’ only “maker-space”, Castlemakers, is dedicated to promoting and encouraging scientific and creative skills through building projects, education, mentorship, sharing, and relationships. Offering a wide variety of specific classes, open hours, and opportunities to participate in community events. Castlemakers regularly host “Putt-Putnam”, a mini-golf hole competition that takes place during the October First Friday in downtown Greencastle, though this barely scratches the surface of all they do.

During Open Shop hours you can swing by to simply look around, speak with community members, and participate in or even bring a project of your own!
