The Indiana Barrel Racing Association returns to C Bar C Expo Center for its annual “Barrels and Blooms” three-day show.  Barrel racing is a rodeo event. with horse and rider attempting to complete a cloverleaf pattern around three barrels in the fastest time.  Fast-paced and fun to watch, it combines the horse’s athletic ability and the rider’s skills to successfully maneuver in a triangle in the center of the arena.

The “Barrels and Blooms” spring show includes Junior, Senior, Amateur, and Youth barrel racing, beginning Friday, Mar 1, with warm-ups. As with nearly all equestrian events at C Bar C, admission is free, and the show is family friendly.
