Friends of the Park of Putnam County hosts the Annual Celebrate 4 event on Independence Day, in Robe-Ann Park, near downtown Greencastle. An entire day of events featuring a 5K Fun Run, live music, food vendors, and an open community pool. Join the festivities starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning and lasting through the entire day, fireworks start roughly at 9:30 p.m. See below for the list of events:

• 8:00 a.m. 30th Annual Mike Rokicki Memorial 5K Run and Walk
• 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. Pancake Breakfast, hosted by the Greencastle Civic League
• 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. Greencastle Aquatic Center, free admission
• 12:00 – 9:30 p.m. Food Vendors open
• 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. Big Bounce Fun House, bounce house activities begin
• 5:30 – 9:00 p.m. Live Music begins, Cool Green Cucumbers and Danny Martin & Friends
• 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Corn Hole Tournament begins
• 9:30 p.m. Fireworks begin
