Blackhawk Campground is a 71.5-acre destination campground offering a wide range of amenities and event-friendly spaces.
Amenities at this golf cart-friendly and pet-friendly campground include 20 full-hookup RV sites (50 amp), 112 electric & water RV sites (30 amp), and 50 primitive campsites; camp store; 80′ × 40′ shelter house; nine acres of manicured grounds with disc golf, basketball, and two playgrounds; two large men’s and women’s bath houses; and a three-acre stocked fishing pond.
Under new ownership as of July 2025, Blackhawk is also in the process of constructing a new, 3,000-square-foot event center designed to host weddings and receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, and sporting and community events.
In addition, Blackhawk Campground regularly hosts and supports a variety of events including fireworks celebrations, BBQ contests, disc golf tournaments, live bands and food trucks, poker runs and euchre parties, cornhole tournaments, movie nights in the park, Friday night bonfires, and kids lock-ins and karaoke nights.
